Hey Guys!! There is a disco ball and stuff changing color in the nightclub, Shining lite. And, Its not ALWAYS like this.
If you want to see go to: http://www.clubpenguin.com/ to see for your self. Go to the nightclub in the town. You can see the flashing lites but not all of it.
